Equipment Warranties

Please Note: Warranty of your cell phone or PDA is the responsibility of the manufacturer of that device.

Printers: OEM - Original Equipment Manufacturer

All warranty repairs must have a RMA issued and you will send equipment to the MANUFACTURER for repair or replacement. AIRCHARGE does NOT support advance replacement of equipment.

AIRCHARGE Z Models (Zebra Cameo 2)

OEM warrants your printer against defects in materials and workmanship for one year (365 days) from the date of original purchase from OEM or its authorized reseller. OEM will repair or replace a product with a new or reconditioned product, or with a newer model of equal or better functionality. OEM warrants any replaced or repaired product or part for a period of ninety (90) days from shipment, or through the end of the original warranty, whichever is longer. This warranty does not apply to physical damage to the surface of the product, including cracks or scratches on the outside casing or as the result of use with a third-party software or hardware product.

AIRCHARGE D Models (Datecs - Infinite Peripherals)

For one (1) year after shipment of the printer product to Buyer, IPC warrants the product against defects in materials and workmanship provided the product has been operated and maintained in accordance with manufacturer's operating and maintenance specifications. This warranty specifically excludes ribbons, paper, and other consumable items.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES- EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

IPC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY AND BUYER SPECIFICALLY WAIVES ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND THOSE DESCRIBED HEREIN.

IPC's liability hereunder is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. This liability does not extend to normal wear and tear. IPC will, solely at its options, remedy all valid warranty claims either by:

(a) Repairing or replacing the defective unit at IPC's facility; or
(b) Repairing or replacing the defective subassembly at IPC's facility

If so directed by IPC, Buyer shall return the defective unit or subassembly, transportation prepaid by Buyer, to IPC's facility. After repair or replacements has been accomplished, IPC will return the unit or subassembly, transportation prepaid, by IPC, to Buyer.

As a precondition to any warranty service, prior to return of any units or subassemblies to IPC by Buyer, Buyer must contact IPC's Order Administration Services and receive authorization in the form of a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. IPC reserves the right to refuse any goods it has not previously authorized for return, or any goods shipped without transportation prepaid.

NO WARRANTY SHALL APPLY TO ANY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM OR CAUSED BY BUYER, IF BUYER SHALL MAKE ANY CHANGES, MODIFICATIONS, ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS OF HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, OR FIRMWARE IN THE PRINTER PRODUCTS SOLD HEREUNDER WITHOUT IPS'S ADVANCE WRITTEN CONSENT.

AIRCHARGE Amtech Models (Mobile Pro Basic & Spectrum)

OEM warrants your printer against defects in materials and workmanship for one year (365 days) from the date of original purchase from OEM or its authorized reseller. OEM will repair or replace a product with a new or reconditioned product, or with a newer model of equal or better functionality. OEM warrants any replaced or repaired product or part for a period of ninety (90) days from shipment, or through the end of the original warranty, whichever is longer. This warranty does not apply to physical damage to the surface of the product, including cracks or scratches on the outside casing or as the result of use with a third-party software or hardware product.

AIRCHARGE C Models (CMP-10)

OEM warrants your printer against defects in materials and workmanship for one year (365 days) from the date of original purchase from OEM or its authorized reseller. OEM will repair or replace a product with a new or reconditioned product, or with a newer model of equal or better functionality. OEM warrants any replaced or repaired product or part for a period of ninety (90) days from shipment, or through the end of the original warranty, whichever is longer. This warranty does not apply to physical damage to the surface of the product, including cracks or scratches on the outside casing or as the result of use with a third-party software or hardware product. AIRCHARGE no longer carries this product.
